He gives me guidance and strength. I am a one man woman. I am a good communicator and listener and I enjoy life. My cup is always half full and I am very optimistic. I have a great sense of humor and I enjoy making people laugh. I am very caring and help people whenever the need. I was raised in NJ went into the Air Force where I was a police investigator. Loved the experience but that future wasn't in my horizon. After getting out of the service I thought about what my true purpose in life would be. Since I enjoyed helping people so much I went into the field of nursing. There I found my true passion. Then in 2002 my life took a drastic turn. I broke my back while at work. I was told I would never be the same and they were right. They say when one door closes another one opens. I shut the door on my past and opened another for my future. I put it in the Lords hands and asked him to show me what my purpose in life was. With the strong will I have I got myself up and going again. I am left with having to wear a leg brace and use a cane but now the word "impossible" isn't in my vocabulary. I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week for my health not my looks. What I miss most is the ability to play sports. It would be great to find a man that liked to scuba dive or go kiyaking with. I love sunsets but I don't think I would do very well with the long walk on the beach. LOL I am looking for a man with all the great qualities everyone is looking for. Must be open-honest-caring-loyal-funny -exciting-passionate-selfless- trustworthy and a good Christian. I'm sure I missed a few but we can talk about them later. I'm just looking for a good man that would accept me for whom I am. Last..please no drama. I had enough of my own to last a lifetime. :) I have been through so much good and bad in my life and it only made me stronger. I am unable to work any longer so I will take my knowledge and see where I can best use it. I believe that things happen for a reason. |
